Site5.com  (“Site5) has created this legal statement in order to outline the terms and conditions and privacy information to users of our WordPress themes (“Services”).

By signing up for access to our free WordPress themes, you agree in turn to be subscribed to our WordPress theme mailing list. This list will be used to announce new themes, updates to our themes, and similar topics. The newsletter requires opt-in confirmation, and users can unsubscribe at any time.
